Transitioning out of services can be intimidating for clients, but a well-planned discharge empowers them to maintain therapeutic gains. This training teaches clinicians how to collaborate on closure from day one and effectively manage client anxieties about ending treatment.
This training will also provide education regarding evidence-based clinical approaches and interventions to be utilized when working with systems. Participants will learn strategies to integrate with systems, identify historical relational patterns, and appropriate interventions to challenge and change patterns.

Supervisors attending this training will develop a clear understanding of identifiable and inherent strengths their supervisees may have, and appropriate and supportive methods for scaffolding those strengths further.
