We have providers that are in network with UHC/Optum/UMR, Aetna, and Tricare plans. Due to licensure and limitations to insurance panelling, not all providers are in network with any or all of these plans. Check our Meet the Team page to verify which provider is in network with your plan.

Headstrong Project

Jade Rice is proud to be a chosen clinical partner of the Headstrong Project to provide therapy to the Military Community since 2023. Clients can self refer to see if they qualify for 30 free trauma therapy sessions via the Headstrong website.

Be Connected

We are a chosen partner of Be Connected. Be Connected provides support to AZ service members, veterans and their family members, caregivers, and community members through the statewide support line, 866-4AZ-VETS.
