Culturally Informed Therapy
We provide culturally responsive therapy in the Tempe, Chandler, Phoenix area.

Our work is grounded in feminist, systemic, and culturally responsive frameworks that examine power, identity, relational dynamics and how these all influence each other.

We intentionally consider how race, ethnicity, religion, gender, and systemic inequities shape mental health and relational patterns. Therapy includes identifying internalized narratives that may have developed in response to discrimination, marginalization, or family expectations.

Using narrative and systemic approaches, we help clients:

-
Externalize harmful or inherited narratives
-
Reclaim identity and voice
-
Strengthen assertiveness and boundaries
-
Navigate power differentials with attention to safety
We also support individuals, couples, and families balancing multiple cultural or religious identities. Living between cultures does not have to feel like a constant push and pull, we believe integration and balance are possible.

This approach is especially supportive for second-generation immigrants, bicultural adults, and couples navigating differing cultural backgrounds.
