Our Values
Our providers are passionate about providing services to underserved populations and working to eliminate the barriers that are often encountered when attempting to obtain compassionate therapy services.

We believe therapy does not have to be a "forever" experience and the timeline can be different for each person. It's important to identify clear goals so that the "success point" or "big picture goal" is clearly understood by everyone.
We want to ensure that we know where you are starting, where you want to get to, and what everyone involved needs to do to facilitate the growth and development process.
Trauma Therapy
Our providers are trained in multiple trauma modalities that are proven to be effective (CPT, EMDR, TFCBT). All providers are trained in addressing all types of trauma with specialty areas focusing on: Childhood Trauma, Sexual Trauma, and Complex Trauma. Our providers are additionally trained in LGBTQ+ Affirmative CBT to support LGBTQ+ individuals in navigating the unique traumatic experiences that are commonly experienced due to Homophobia and Transphobia.
Individual Therapy
Although we often work with individuals, we understand that problems and challenges don't always arise from individual circumstances. Oftentimes, our challenges relate to ways in which we were raised, experiences that occurred as a result of other people, or factors relating to our culture, society, religion, etc. We treat the individual in the context they are presently in and recognize the context they previously lived through to explore helpful changes the individual can implement.
Family Therapy
Our providers enjoy working with all types and forms of family: unique, blended, multigenerational, multicultural, chosen, etc. We believe it is important to work with full systems and all identified family members to support the family in identifying solutions for and with each other. Change does not come from just one person, all members can contribute to the growth and change process positively.
Couples Therapy
Our providers have worked with couples of all stages: new couples, engaged, newly married, and married for several years with some bumps along the road. We have a passion for supporting couples of all types in exploring ways in which they can feel more connected with each other, feel vulnerable and supported, and feel safe in having challenging conversations.
